Every employee hopes to review his career and to analyse realistically his opportunities to advance and evolve, while maintaining an active role in the direction of his professional life.

Objectives

To assist clients with the completion of a detailed and objective self-evaluation reviewing their personal and professional assets and limits, allowing them to define consistent and realistic professional projects in order to progress in their profession, to change fields, or to switch to a new form of employment. This is meant to provide a scenario representing the real features and opportunities of the market, and to teach them to argue and defend their ideas in face of objective criticism.

Training means and methods

- Individual work with documents and interactive individual interviews.
- Use of evaluation tools which guarantees objectivity of assessments. Use of audio supports to to retain key information.

The steps

Initial Contact

Analyse and understand the hopes and needs of clients in relation to their expectations.
Presentation of the methodology and reflection on the most suitable approach to expectations.

Assessment Preparation

Immediate analysis of the situation by means of an exhaustive and objective listing of the current and past career experiences.

Identify professional and personal achievements

Define and describe the client's main achievements in order to identify his strengths and weaknesses in knowledge and abilities.

Self-evaluation.
The client will explore his personality, his behaviour and his skills, by means of a set of individual assessment tools.

Compile the client's abilities (know-how)

Identification de Identify the key abilities of the client, transferable and to update by means of an exhaustive analysis of his technical, personal and functional know-how.

Assess the client's knowledge

Confirm his personal assets and limits based on an analysis of the results of his skills assessment. Make concrete suggestions to help the client to focus on his strengths, to progress on the limits of his abilities and to fully exploit his potential.

Compile his professional project

Identify the client's professional aspirations. Develop a scenario that takes into account his current professional position, his future goals, the real features of the market, and his personal and professional assets.
