A customized approach

Phase I : evaluation of the leadership style

- Perception of the manager by himself and his environment.
- Evaluation of the manager, of his recognized leadership behaviours.
- Identification of variations and needs of development.


Phase II : development of the leadership

- Process of change: to lead the change and to adapt to it.
- Strategies of personal development.
- Definition and setting up of the individual action plan.

Phase III : follow-up of action plans

- Regular evaluation of actions.
- Definition of adjustments.

Organization and duration

Short cycle

It is spread over 4 half-days and allows to the leadership style, to define an action plan, to evaluate the implementation and to bring necessary corrections.

Normal cycle

  • It is spread over 6 up to 8 days, one day per month. It includes the assessment, the personal development plan as well as the implementation of the main development directions and the follow-up of actions.
  • It can be completed by a practical with the team (from 12 to 14 days) allowing an assessment of how the team works, a collective development plan and the follow-up of the progress made by the team and by each of its members.
The program is conducted collectively, including collective sessions as well as individual interviews.
