The consultant follows the integration process of the executive recruited by the company through regular contacts with the company and the candidate during the trial period. If within six months of the candidate's recruitment to the position, the candidate does not meet the requirements as stated in the job listing, or if the candidate abandons the position of his own will, then AG Consulting will begin another candidate search according to the guidelines expressed by the company.
